- Information you share with us later: details you give us during calls, texts, or emails about your free review.
We collect this information when you fill out the form on our website or an Instant Form (lead form) in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram.
Like most websites, our site and hosting providers may also automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, data storage, automation tools, and communication tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Partners, only as needed to provide the service you request. For example, any legal services are provided by independent partner law firms, and we may share relevant information with them if you choose to move forward.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.

Meta's own handling of your information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. After we receive your submission, this Privacy Policy governs how we use it.
6. Calls, texts, and emails, and how to opt out
When you submit your information, you ask us to contact you about your free MCA review at the phone number and email address you provide. That may include calls and text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us.
- Calls and email: tell us during a call, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or contact us using the details in Section 14, and we will stop.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. How we protect your information

We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. We may keep certain information when the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes, such as keeping a record of your opt-out request.
